My banking app stopped working, please help

Latest update broke the app. When I opened the app, it just keep redirecting me to the browser url https://www.rhbgroup.com/onlinebanking/index.html. I already tried everything but nothing works. Can someone please help to troubleshoot?

Have you checked the reviews? It's flooded with bug reports so I don't think this is a compatibility issue with GrapheneOS

I can't login into this app. It just opens an external link on the browser to the rhb online website. Can't make payments, transfer funds. From the reviews, it seems like it's been more than a month since this issue has been occuring. This is completely unacceptable. This is a banking app. It should work. Edit: Oh, and before you ask me to disable usb debugging or developer mode, this is a brand new phone using the latest android. I didn't mess with any settings.

Thanks for pointing out the reviews. From my contacts, I wonder why it works for some but not others? Also if the developers claim they fixed the bugs and works for them and (some) users, shifting to the user's own device and configuration, then what should I do?
