touch on unknown app permission. and cant get or give call

hi guys.
yesterday i see a lot of unknown app run in background.
kind of name like com.android and stuff like that.
and i disable them and dont allowed any permission.

i describe:
someone calls, no ring no nothing. immidiatly it cancel the call
if i try to call it give immidatly shut down the call
when i reset the setting of mobile network and do restart it really do one cals and after the problem return
someone know which app give permission to get and out call and fix this problem???

If it has a name with this in it, then its normally a system app which you should not disable or change the pernissions of. Doing so will cause functionality to break as you can clearly see yourself. Return all the apps back to normal.

but it still with issue

after i change the permission it disappear and i dont know all the app i change.
do you have any list that need to be connect to sensor and network?

Now it's time for factory restore and keep the lesson learned (don't mess with the system apps) as per @Dumdum 's advice.
