I've got my partner converted over to graphene OS from iPhone - big achievement. All is going well in the learning curve but she is having a persistent issue with notifications. I've looked through previous threads, and adjusted battery optimisation on apps including google play services, gone through notification settings on all apps - everything from what I see is in order.
The issue is that when her phone is locked it doesn't receive notifications for these third party apps mentioned in the title. Open source apps such as messages works and other third party closed source apps push through notifications.
