Can't install OSM in Private space

I am trying to install Organic Maps (OM) via Play Store in the Private Space (owner act).
I don't have OM installed in the main profile, and get the error shown everytime I try to download OM. I have successfully installed other apps, but just not OM.
I have Play services etc and Android auto installed via "App Store"
Any help? What am I doing wrong?

Is there a better way to upload a photo?
The error is simply
"Can't install Organic Maps: Hike Bike Drive
Try again, and if it still doesn't work, see common ways to fix the problem"
