I recently installed the Eero Wifi System app for managing my Youfibre broadband service (based in the UK). I disabled the installed app in the Main profile, like I have done for all the apps before this. Never been an issue. I selected the Eero app to be run in a 2nd profile. I was able to run the app in the 2nd profile. When I switched back to the Main profile, I could no longer swwtich to any profile. i.e. The Profile icon in the Notification panel is no longer visible. Effectively, all my profiles are inaccessible, apparently lost. WTF?
Has anyone experienced something similar?
Is it due to the Broadband / Wifi management App?
Have I lost the profiles, or they are present but not accessible? Can I get it back?
Is my only option to re-install tthe OS?
