Mobile internet does not work without VPN

when I turn off mullvad vpn and vpn killswitch, signal bar icon will have exclamation mark and nothing can connect to internet expect Telegram

There wont be exclamation mark if I tap on internet tile.

In the Network & Internet it says that there is no connection at all but network available

And if i tap at internet in the Network & Internet it says that there is connection

Resetting internet / reset Bluetooth & Wi-Fi / deleting mullvad VPN completely & reboot, all of this did not work

Fun fact, if i restart mullvad, it itself will not able to connect via mobile internet, only via wifi

Also want to add that the same problem was on stock android of my old pixel 3. And there, too, only telegram worked without a vpn if it was via mobile internet

7aa7 yeah, that's because your DNS is not resolving. Telegram uses hardcoded IPs instead of domains. The connectivity check (the exclamation mark) also relies on DNS. I can only speculate that your carrier has provisioned a corrupt profile to your device? If possible, check with your carrier. There must be some kind of misconfiguration on their side. But this is definitely a DNS issue.

n3t_admin Problem solved, went to my provider center, they changed settings in Access Point Names and now everything is working
