Pixel 7a: German banking app Sparkasse does not work. Throws error. Need help

Hello guys, I am new in the GrapheneOS world. My new installed Pixel 7a does not work together with the German banking app called Sparkasse. There are two apps: one is a tan generator for authentication, this works fine. The other one is the banking app. When I try to log in it throws this error displayed in the picture: https://i.redd.it/o71vch76lrue1.png

I have tried to toggle the "exploit protection compatibility mode" button for both apps but the error appeared again.

Anyone knows what I can do? In general the compatibility should be given as far as I know.

Jules-Przla You appear to have a network issue causing rl01p.sfg-mkg.de to fail DNS resolution. It's unable to convert the name to an IP address due to a network issue. This is an issue with your network connection, VPN or Private DNS configuration. It's not an issue caused by the OS.

Do you have the sandboxed Play Services and the Play Store running for the user you are trying the Sparkasse app with?

Thank you guys. I had a mullvad DNS enabled there it did not resolve. Thank you very much!
