Update before last seems to have broken Santander Banking App

Just as it says. Only other change is installing google play store. I'm on Pixel 8a and am up to date. App just hangs at the start-up screen and goes black.

TiggyTheTerrible You could try to deactivate some stuff in exploit protection mode.

TiggyTheTerrible not sure what that update would have done to make that happen. Seeing logs would help clear things up.

Also, as BaronAfanas said, you can turn on Exploit Protection Compatibility Mode in Settings > Apps > All apps > *app name* to see if that fixes it.

So not related to the latest GOS update, but the latest Santander update seems to have broken for me, and a couple of others. The solution is disabling secure app spawning, but this is a global toggle and not per app. You could try disabling secure app spawning and see if it works...
