It's a community effort, not an official site. Hosting it under grapheneos.org would make it look like official documentation.
The goal is to provide information that's frequently asked, but that doesn't fit on the official documentation. The website is not meant to replace the official docs, but rather supplement it.
Perhaps they'll set up a domain once the site has been fleshed out a bit more?
