Hello, i had a kernel crash, and it seems like you can report it as a github issue.

Is it safe to make the crash log public, or does it contain data that i should not make public?

dhhdjbd you can send it via email to the devs. Looks like this would be preferable (?) way of delivering it.

dhhdjbd How often do you get a kernel crash? Is it something that happens regularly, has it only happened once, and can you give steps on how to make it happen again?

other8026 it was just one crash, and i dont have steps to reproduce it
(i just clicked on my banking app and while it loaded i looked away and when i looked back down my phone was off and restarted)

The log is probably not that helpfull.. but i dont know i do not understand it.

I mostly just wondering if it is something that can be safely posted public, because i am not sure if email is correct since on the websie i did not see it (and it kind of sounds like one shouldnt contact them with stuff like this per mail? If i understand the text under contact correctly)

dhhdjbd if it was a single kernel crash then it could just be a one time thing. There have been a couple reports of kernel crashes here https://github.com/GrapheneOS/os-issue-tracker/issues/5208 which were marked as "upstream".

I am not certain, but I don't think kernel crash logs have personal information in them. There is an email address for sending logs and sometimes people send logs to moderators or developers directly. In this case, since you've only had one crash, I'd say wait and see if it keeps happening.
