I followed a link posted here to turn off imessages and to go to settings then systems to reset mobile network settings and this permitted me to receive some messages from iphones (not all) however now I'm back to not being able to receive any sms messages from iphones. I reset the network settings again after my sim was in my iphone however it hasn't worked thus time. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I don't know I've got the right settings for my messaging app. Should eSim be on even if one is using a physical sim? I'm not so savvy in navigating all this stuff.
