Since April 1st I experience extreme 30-40% battery usage during an 8 hour nighttime. I can't find out why is this happening because the Accubattery app shows nothing significant battery usage. How can I find out what consumes so much?
Extreme battery usage during nighttime
Go into settings and battery. Look at Battery Usage for what's a big user. Go into any of the suspected problem ones and clear their cache. I had an issue resolved by clearing cache for Play Services.
If you happen to be using the APK of Signal, it's native notification service is a battery hog. Any app that doesn't use Google for notifications can drain battery more than those that do. ``
