My P9P is arriving tomorrow and I am looking forward to installing GOS on it. I made peace with the fact that I will have to use my debit card for payments and don't really mind it. However I also have a virtual card that I use for public transport. Right after I created the card it was imported into Google Pay and as far as I know, it's not possible to use the app in which it was created to pay with it. Is there any app that would be able to copy my virtual cards from Google Pay and use them?

Also a bit offtopic, but I found some mixed responses to this. Is Microsoft 365 working fine on GOS? In my work we run fully on MS so I was wondering if it is something I should be wary about before making the swtich.

Thanks!

I cannot comment on the Virtual Cards but in response to the Microsoft 365 question: Our university also uses Microsoft 365 and all the apps I tested (Outlook and Teams) work fine. They are managed through the Microsoft Intune Company Portal (or something similar) and that also works fine on my P7 with GrapheneOS.

Let me maybe also add that I installed these apps in a separate user profile that also has all the Google Play Services installed (but otherwise I did not have to do anything special for it to work). Did not test it without the Google Play Services.

Are you looking for tap-to-pay with your phone and a virtual card?

mikd no, they can't be copied. It would be concerning if they could be tbh.

I'd find a way to get that virtual card into a physical one, I'm sure your local transport company has physical card options.

Cheers, Outlook and Teams was what I was mostly worried about so this is reassuring.

Yeah they definitely have, and that is probably what I will end up doing anyway, I was just hoping there could be a hassle-free way to migrate and have one less physical card.

mikd as far as I'm aware, there are maybe one or two options for tap to pay. And, they are specific to Europe and China, I think.

To be clear, there are a couple of options. I just don't know them. Hopefully, someone else here can point you to the relevant, existing forum threads or apps.
