Today I received a phone call in my secondary profile (I didn't answer), despite phone calls and SMS not being allowed (I checked again in the owner profile). Additionally, I had all the permissions for the phone and SMS apps disabled.
I don't understand how this possible. I allowed the call logs permission in the owner profile and there is no history of a call.

I'm on a Pixel Pro 9 Fold with the latest stable channel update.

You're correct, I tried dialing this phone's number from my main phone and same thing.
Do you know or anyone else know if phone calls can be disabled completely in secondary profiles? I was under the impression that the toggle for users in the owner profile was meant to disable making AND receiving calls/messages.
