Greetings All,
Just paired my new-to-me Galaxy 2 Pro buds, I'm using GadgetBridge (GB) to control them. After fumbling about with the pairing, I finally got them working. I was listening to audio quite nicely when the left channel (for music) went out. I may or may not have been messing with settings in GB, GraphenOS (GOS), I can't recall the moment it happened. I believe I was testing the "Ambient Sound" settings in GB.

The really odd stuff: Alert tones generated by the buds, or GOS were in stereo. I put the buds in their case, and reconnected a different BT listening device, and full stereo music and alerts.

Reconnected the buds, and no joy. Stereo alerts, but no left-channel music. Even the balance fader in GOS and GB were working, but raising Left to 100% just faded the music to zero.

Randomly poking around, I discovered that when the LE Audio feature-switch in GOS's Device Details for the buds is switched to OFF, the left-channel music returns. Even more curiouser, the pairing indication changes.

LE=OFF:
Galaxy Buds 2 Pro
Active, 82% battery
<headphones icon>

LE=ON
Galaxy Buds 2 Pro
<blank line>
<headphones icon>
Right <battery icon> 82%

Have I just described normal behavior? Does LE just run one ear for music?

I'd like to emphasize that it all worked....for a while, then the Left channel music stopped, and I started poking around.
Thanks in advance for your advice.

I'm having issues with LE myself. It works fine if I'm on app calls, but voice calls it goes silent on mic and speaker. With LE off the calls work fine. I too have issues where one ear works sometimes, then if I take the dead piece and reset it on the case and put it back on, the sound switches to only that piece and the other one goes silent. I think that Google is prob still working out buds on this and GOS is prob gonna be a little behind on the updates, maybe not.

Dang, I was hoping I was the only one. Since the left pod's battery had 20% less capacity than the right, I returned them. Went with the Sony wf-700n. They're a weird fit, but working OK if you screw them in firmly. The Galaxies had better sound, but the Sony's are working.
