Phone started doing this Saturday night, I think after the most recent update. The screen will freeze randomly and do a reboot, sometimes it will get stuck on the Google screen and will reboot a few more times until Graphene kicks in(but sometimes it reboots on the graphene screen too) I'm not super versed in checking these things since a friend flashed my phone for me. I did manage to pull the logs/create a bug report here I'm kind of at a loss at what to do and am worried it's a hardware issue like the person that posted the other day. TIA
Pixel 6 keeps rebooting/getting stuck in boot loops
vastglassylake could be hardware, try reinstalling an OTA update using recovery mode
vastglassylake I suggest making backups as quickly as possible. If the hardware is going, you may not have much time. And if somehow there is a software problem (which seems less likely) and a factory reset is needed, you may not have much time.
de0u will do ASAP. the crashes/boot loops are getting more frequent so probably best to go ahead and replace
vastglassylake You could try a factory reset (after a backup), but honestly it sounds dire.
de0u I tried backing up with the phone booted but it crashed, trying to back things up in recovery mode but not having much luck
vastglassylake I am unaware of a procedure for backing up a GrapheneOS device from Recovery.
de0u a friend suggested I try to do it via adb but I ended up getting lucky and it booted long enough for me to manually back up my files
