Locked out of secondary profile

Hello all.

I have a secondary profile that I built when my learning this OS was in it's infancy.

Sadly, I used an obscure password or my memory is fading... Or both.

I've tried the ones that I commonly use and continue to get locked out for a longer extent of time with each try.
It's now at something like 300,000 seconds. Lol

Is there no workaround, as the owner, that I have other than just deleting that profile?

Anything I can do in the future, other than writing it down, which I almost always do?

For future reference, whenever I need to use a placeholder password for something that wasn't important, I always use "password". I used to do variations of "p" or "pass" or "password123", and every time I did this, I would forget it.

Passwords you think you can remember are always the ones you forget, even if you normally use a password manager. You tend to feel like you don't need to write down "p".
