Location tracking on profile with Google Play installed

I have two profiles. My main profile does not have Google Play installed. A second profile does. Does this mean, when I'm logged into my main profile, that Google Play on my second profile is actively able to track my location?

I saw the option to forward notifications from my secondary profile to my primary profile, so that must mean GP is running still.

I don't want my location available to be sent to Google, and tracked along with everyone else, when I'm not using my secondary profile.

zeios As long as you haven't given Google Play or Google Play Services either the Location or Nearby Devices permissions, they cannot know your exact current location. As long as you are using a VPN, they also cannot deduce it from what residential network or cell tower you are currently connected to.

On top of that, when your secondary user profile is logged out, either by you specifically closing the profile, or by you rebooting the phone and not logging in to it again, then neither Google Play nor Google Play Services in that profile can run at all. They won't run until you login to that profile. They cannot.
