Moved my phone from Pxl 7 to 9 pro xl about month ago, notifications were working and calls were getting through about 85% of a time. Since about Mar 16, 2025 i can not longer receive any calls on any of the apps like Signal, Telegram or Vibers. I have tried to remove reinstall google play, enable all permission to google play and all notifications enabled, the calls do not go through unless you are in actual active app, then its not a problem. but it will not wake up the app if phone is in black screen slip mode. I am not sure if this is graphene issue, but i have no change anything on my phone, before i take a 4 hour time from my life to fully reset and reinstall all the apps clean and, does anyone experience the same issue or know anything about this issue. I have been using all the apps since forever and graphene for at least last 3 years or more and solved all the issues before myself, this one is like a brick wall.
Signal, Telegram, Viber and other call notifications not working
telegram unrestricted and viber and signal optimized. it was working fine for years with optimized setting on previous phone. i now changed to unrestricted, but nothing changed, its like some kind of firewall blocks those apps, but its the same issues on mobile network or wifi. i have feeling it has to do something with google play, i have enabled all accesses for google play
I have my messengers like Whatsapp or Telegram installed directly and GPS 99,999% off so no knowledge about these issues
i have disable Google Pay, all of the sudden Signal worked, Telegram and Viber didnt not, but then, 30 min later signal won't work again either.
