Did I messed up Vanadium?

Today I tried to set the chrome flag "android-bottom-toolbar" to have the toolbar at the bottom (which is more usable IMO)

I realized that this does change nothing so I hit the button "reset all" to make sure that everything is set to the default values again.

After that I was wondering if this does interfere with some of Vanadiums defaults (maybe custom flags or something like that) ?

Does somebody know more in this regards? Did I screwed up Vanadium?
