Etar support / Suggestions for alternatives?

Hi,

I need to sync my agenda between various system + absolutely need access to a shared Google calendar.

I've been using Etar for years, first from lineageOS then on stock Androids because I like the widget + the notifications options. But when I install it on GrapheneOS it doesn't offer the option to connect to google calendars OOTB.

After some research, it seems the only way to get to sync with Google calendar would be to pay for DAVx5, but I don't want to pay for something that used to be available OOTB from lineageOS if I don't have to.

Is there anything else than paying for DAVx5 that I can configure to get this working on GrapheneOS?

If not, any nice alternative to Etar to suggest?

Why you don't download DAVx5 / ICSx5 from the developer GitHub?

You can d/l DAVx5 for free from, e.g., F-Droid -> https://www.davx5.com/download.

When it comes to calendar, I personally prefer aCalendar+.
