I have a Pixel 8 Pro. Why do jpgs arrive with terrible quality when I text them to others. I regularly send out invitations to events I offer and need jpg to be in good readable quality.

Any ideas what I can do or how I can change the settings?

I've tried to also send pngs which also arrive distorted. For some reason, I'm able to send good quality gifs, so I'm told by receivers, but they don't show at all in my own feed. It's as if I didn't send them.
