Using a dual SIM device, can I designate which SIM/eSIM to user per profile?

I have a regular SIM and an eSIM and I would like to use the SIM (personal) for the owner profile and eSIM (work) for a work profile.

I don't seem to be able to select the SIM/eSIM used while on the secondary profile unless there is some setting I am missing.

EDIT: SIM is T-Mobile service which is available except in the area that I work. eSIM is AT&T and I would like for it to be enabled for calls/data while I am on the work profile.

As of right now, I don't believe this is possible. This kind of phone setting is global, not a per-user setting.

I agree it would be nice though.

I was going to open this question, but I think this capability is important if you like to compartiment your activities by profile, it is important to asign SIM to a specific profile. At least could be intereseting to have a quick access to SIM List in order to swith the SIM for specific profile.

Profile A - SIM personal
Profile B - SIM Finance
Profile C - SIM work

You will always will have active 2 sims at same, but for finanace you do not need to keep it active all time, you only need the sim active when making transactions on your Finance profile, so you could b able to activate the SIM Finanace when login in the profile.

Is it nos possible to provide to Profiles the authority to switch SIMs?
