static/live toggle for (new) location service

Huge kudos - the new GOS location service seems to fill a gap for many users.
Highly appreciate this great feature, thank you!
Is it possile to implement a static/live toggle switch (preferably as quick tile), which allows me to define an arbitrary location reported to any apps with location permission on? At least a 'freeze' would be nice, even better if I can provide coordinates manually...
Maybe even extend the per-app location permission to be three-state, on/off/predefined?

"Location scopes" as well as scopes for some other permissions/data is a planned feature iirc.
