Can't manually download MMS on secondary profile

I use a secondary profile as my main profile. Often times, I'll get MMS messages that don't download because I don't have service at the time, and they hang out in my inbox until they happen to download at some point (I don't know what triggers this it seems kind of random).

On my main profile, I can click a button on a message not downloaded to manually download it. Why isn't this available on the secondary profile?

I'm experiencing the same thing. I can download MMS mesages when I'm Owner, but my secondary profile doesn't have that option. This is while using the default SMS app.

Bump. I can't send MMS messages from my secondary profile. What's worse is I don't get notified if I receive an MMS message. I have to manually check the Owner profile to see if I received such a message.
