Modern version of lumen privacy monitor

I saw this project from many years ago which could monitor the sensitive data leaving your phone,

Im currently using tracker control to prevent trackers but what was interesting with this app is it showed you what data was being leaked

I was wondering if there was a similar modern app that's still maintained that people know of ?

ACuriousFellow I think what you find with most of those tracker apps is they will lead to a lot of false positives or cause users to be concerned without the full context.

If you want to monitor what connections are going on with your phone I think something like PCAPDroid is going to be a better tool.

Overlay1404 thanks. That seems to be half way to what im looking for as it allows (with an additional mitm add in) to decrpyt traffic to allow the user to manually check for sensitive data.

What was interesting about the lumen app is that it seemed to find things like the device serial number in the payload, lowering the level of expertise needed to assess an app and the data it was trying to scrape.

Does the community have any more suggestions ?
