Phone app shows an arrow with an unknown number when receiving a call

Hello, the issue which arises my attention is the following. When receiving a phone call there is an arrow and a phone number shown on the screen in the phone app, the phone number which is being displayed is not mine, and it does not belong to the person with whom i speak.
Please view the screenshot of the phone app linked below for a better understanding of the issue.
Does the arrow and the phone number mean that the call is being forwarded to somebody? Or wtf?

Your caller calls another number which is being forwarded to your number.
