Switching to offline apps?

Hey all

So I do a lot of self hosting but I've recently been thinking of moving a lot of things locally to my phone, given GOS is likely my most secure device.

Instead of hosting say photos or music, keep them locally, then use something like seed vault to automatically backup nightly to a USB drive.

Same goes for music, I have about 10GB of music, which is easily stored on my phone.

Any suggestions towards this setup? If I do end up syncing things I might use syncthing between my pixel tablet and phone.

oci3o I got all my stuff stored locally only. Clouds are attacked constantly I'd assume. No one targets my tablet at home specifically. I backup from time to time to a USB stick. Done.
