GOS21606 My understanding, although I have to admit I never got that confirmed with certainty, is that all currently supported Pixel devices have isolated baseband modem on the hardware level, meaning that the attacker who has compromised the baseband modem cannot access your files or app data or any other part of the OS at all without also having a second exploit against the modem driver running in the OS. My understanding is also that the firmware gets verified with verified boot at each phone reboot, so if the baseband was compromised, the attacker will be removed from your phone during reboot, but might of course be able to gain access again by exploiting the vulnerability again until it is patched.
