Graphene or not?

I installed graphene on my Pixel 6 but I can't give up some Google services. So I had to log in with my account. I use some FOSS applications from fdroid, but for others I have to use the stock ones, Play Store, Maps, Drive.... My question to you is: does it make sense to use graphene in any case? Or at this point might as well go back to stock?

Franzfume are you aware of multiprofiling feature https://grapheneos.org/features#improved-user-profiles? if not, have a look at it.

I believe it is allowing to be on graphene os and not give up google features that are important for one, while staying free of it's surveillance. I have not used it myself though.

Absolutely yes! GrapheneOS is not just about de-googling

Even if you use Google Apps it is still more secure and more private on GrapheneOS

Google doesn't have any superior permissions and access than any other app on your phone (while on stock OS it does)

Reminder that Graphene's privacy features, such as the Scopes, actually provide more benefits to so-called "normal usage" (proprietary/Google apps) of the device, not less.

Franzfume It let's you give an app access only to folders you chose, while the app thinks it has access to everything.

Franzfume you limit the app's access to specific files or folders on your device. If a malicious app had the mission to send all your pictures and private notes to ha hackers computer, the malicious app would be able to send just the pictures of the folder, or just the specific pictures, that you manually allowed it to.

Storage access is not exactly the same on Android as it is on traditional computers, so it's a little harder to follow. I'd suggest reading though https://grapheneos.org/usage#storage-access

To understand storage scopes, again I'd refer you to the website: https://grapheneos.org/features#storage-scopes and https://grapheneos.org/usage#storage-scopes. This one sentence explains the whole feature very well:
