Stock GrapheneOS camera app works perfectly, but Google camera app has several issues.

The app turns on immediately, but it takes 4-5 seconds to display the camera image. Switching between camera modes takes a long time and the app crashes sometimes.

The app was downloaded from Google Play Store.
Pixel Camera Services version in the phone (Pixel 9 Pro) is 2.0.689044388.04.
In the Play Store there is version 2.1.713406026.03, but I can't download it (the message is just "try again")

Could you please help me?

Scouser a couple things that stick out:

Failed to connect to the EdgeTPU service

An error about this shows up many times, so this may be the actual cause? Not sure, but maybe you will want to enable Settings > Apps > Special app access > Special access to hardware accelerators for Google apps from the owner profile.

    No ARCore package found.

Maybe try installing that app from Google Play

And, lastly, if you didn't grant the Pixel Camera app access to the internet/network right after installing it, you can try enabling the network permission for a while. Enable that, launch the app, play around with it, then disable the network permission. The Pixel Camera app, if I recall correctly, downloads some stuff from the internet to do some of its fancy AI stuff.

      This fixed my issue.
      Many thanks!

There should be a tag for user profile issues.
