Private Space - network routing / does not share VPN in Personal app area

I was playing around with the new Private Space feature introduced in Android 15 and I was surprised to find internet traffic is not routed via the VPN client app I am running in the Personal apps area.

I guess this is this expected behavior?

With the Private Space located where it is (at the bottom of the Personal apps), I thought this would mean it would use the same network routing as the Personal apps, but that doesn't seam to be the case. This is not necessarily a problem or concern, and just like using the work-apps area in the same profile, or a separate profile entirely, others might like to be aware of this and also install a VPN app in the Private Space (with a separate VPN login/account if you so please).

If anyone has any other network related information with regards to the Private Space, please do share.

That's strangely worded. I think they mean, Private Spaces would need to have its own VPN set up? That makes sense, if internally it is a separate Android user.

So, in order to use a VPN on the Private Space, it would have to be installed there? And upon unlocking the private space would it be immediately used?
