It was weird to me to see this thread because I did install the eBay app relatively recently and have fiddled with it, and it seemed fine.
But now I checked and the Google Play Store page says: "This app isn't compatible with your device anymore. Contact the developers for more info."
My Play Integrity verdict is at Basic level. I've seen apps that block installation/updates when not having even the Basic verdict (achieved by restricting DCL via memory for Google Play services, which it wrongly detects as "evidence" of a rooted device), but this isn't it. They're banning GrapheneOS.
My installed version of the eBay app is: 6.195.0.2 (6195002). This was the last version installed before they started banning. I can still open it and it seems to work fine (not logged in). If you have the same version and it doesn't work, it's not because of Play Integrity, it's because of either a different installation source or a rogue signature.
