How to turn off the "No service" Notification

A new notification that started popping up whenever my phone goes into a cellular dead zone, which where I live is often. But now my phone notifies me multiple times whenever it happens. I would dearly love to turn that notification off so I can keep other important notifications on. But when I click on the notification it takes me to my SIM card settings. There seems to be no way to turn off that notification.

PLEASE HELP!! This issue is driving me bonkers.

C_luc74 I am sure this can be turned off. Which app sends these notifications, so we can identify the channel that needs muting? You can see that on the top when you expand the notification.

Thanks for looking into it. Here's the exact layout of the message:
Phone Services
No service
Selected network (Verizon) unavailable

When I tap on the notification the SIM settings open. There are no notification settings in that area that I can find.

C_luc74 In the Settings > Apps tap three dots on top right to show system apps. When you've done it, press the folder with magnifying glass (again top right) and search for "Phone services". Tap on the app item, then Notifications. Then expand unused categories. You will find Alerts and Mobile data status. I think Alerts is what you look for. Uncheck it.
