Recommendation for a good SIP phone (VOIP)

I tried the following apps:

csipsimple
had privacy issues and seems no longer be developed further

mizudroid
looks good - but not on f-droid and use many connections to hosts I don't know about

Linphone
was my best choice but do not work without a connection to dns.google.com

Sipdroid
my actual best choice but take a lot of battery

Please can anyone recommend a good voip app?

Hi, I sometimes need to use Granstream Wave.
It works flawlessly. However, I can only recommend, because of all its excessive permissions, to use it on a separate user profile without any other apps or data. I wouldn't put in on my everyday phone, I use it on my back up phone with nothing else on it.
