Tap to restart Apps Optimized after update does not work anymore.

It is some months that tap to restart apps optimized does not work anymore, in my case Molly, the only one in autostart, I have to restart it manually.

Still I'm having the same problem, Molly does not restart after update and optimization finish
maybe some settings from my side?
