Can't connect to GPS

I set up GrapheneOS about two weeks ago on my Pixel 7 pro. I can't connect to any GPS services unfortunately. I'm no IT expert, so it's definetly possible I'm missing something. Here is what I tried:

tried on google maps (app from Aurora) and OsmAnd
location services enabled for both apps and google play services (installed from Graphene App Store)
downloaded GPStest, shows absolutely no result (location access granted too), tried multiple times during a walk and by putting my phone on my balcony for 5 to 15 minutes
tried setting SUPL and PSDS to graphene proxy and standard server - both didn't work
tried with and without wifi scanning
installed all OS updates that were released since then and tried again afterwards, no changes

I posted a similar thread a little over a week ago but the discussion died down and i'm kinda out of ideas, so i hope reposting is okay. Feel free to redirect me to another place/board, if i should better try my luck there.

AUs0r Edit: Some websites state, that google services framework is required to connect to GPS successfully. It didn't show in the graphene app store, so I tried downloading the APK but it just gives me a "App not installed" notification, when I try to run it. Maybe thats a lead to the problem?

AUs0r If the GPS hardware is broken, there won't be a software tweak that will correct for that.

Though it would be disruptive, it would likely be diagnostic to flash the device back to Google's stock OS. If GPS still doesn't work then (as checked via GPSTest), that will be very highly suggestive of a hardware failure.

AUs0r No, Google Services Framework isn't needed anymore after Android 15.
