Hello, can someone give me a tip for a scan app? Occasionally I need to scan a few documents. The scan app should run in the secure area without Google service and preferably be open source

phone-company OSS Document Scanner is the only one I've used, but the dynamic code loading via memory and storage must be allowed or the app crashes, I don't know of any others at the moment.

An alternative solution is to use GrapheneOS Camera, edit with Image Toolbox and then convert the image to .pdf with cloudconvert.

phone-company My Namesakes Tip & salient visory would include "Vflat Scanner" or "OSS- Document Scanner"......Vflat Scanner works perfectly fine WITHOUT any kind of DCL, though it does attempt DCL when its ran for the FIRST time but blocking DCL via memory & DCL via storage will not affect its operation.

HOWEVER "OSS- DocumentScaner" will crash, if you deny/restrict its Loads

The app looks good but it seems the app is not working in Privat Space. Everytime i try to scan a document it ask for Camera authorization. I activated it oft course but die not work

Okay last Version workes now..... Github Version didn't work. Thank you guys

Glad youre sorted I have stock with private space and OSS installed from Izzyondroid and working, so its a GOS or permissions problem

I use(d) PDF-Doc-Scan (https://github.com/LittleTrickster/PDF-Doc-Scan). Last update - May 25, 2023.
However, the OSS Document Scanner has very frequent updates, which is nice.
