Sim pin lock help

I never put a sim lock # on my 2 graphene phones. I was going to do it a hour ago so i press sim lock and asks for a number i put one in thinking i am setting one, after press ok says incorrect 2 remaining so i put my normal numbers i use to unlock phone then says 1 more time incorrect no service, same on both 1 try left, when i press change sim pin it doesnt do anything i tried that after first failure nothing on both phones. How do i change or set sim lock?

JJ1992 your SIM card came with SIM PIN (unless you changed it afterwards) and PUK code on the plastic housing that surrounds it. Do you still have it? It would be there.

In addition, carriers have default SIM PINs. I have used 1111 for Verizon and 1234 for T-Mobile. For your cell service provider you might research what they use as their default SIM PIN or, failing that, contact their customer service.

Don't put the wrong code in too many times or you will lock your SIM and then it will require obtaining the PUK to unlock it.
