Alarm Dismiss Not Working

I use Pixel 6a.
I m not able to Dismiss alarm by pressing Power button. No successs.
Can someone show me the way how to do that.

Zeno The volume buttons can control volume, snooze an alarm, or dismiss an alarm. What is the 'Volume buttons' set to in your Clock app's setting?

Zeno It's not dismissed with the power button but rather on the screen.

akc3n I have set it for Dismiss, but not working. should I press only Up or only Down volume button? I tried all. My phone is Pixel 6a.

IT IS NOT SOLVED.

The power button is not used to dismiss the alarm. There's a setting to use the volume buttons for it, not the power button. The app has to be open to do this.

GrapheneOS The clock and alarm app remains open forever as there are so many alarms etc set. Still the volume button also doesnt work.

And also it doesnt come on locked front screen. Before update it used to come on locked screen.

Zeno make sure you allow fullscreen notifications for Clock app

Settings > Apps > Special app access > Full-screen notifications > Clock

to make it work when locked. Volume buttons only work with locked device, not when it's unlocked. Perhaps this is deliberate to not interfere with volume control.
