Sharing apps across multiple profiles

I have google play for my main profile (owner). I've successfully installed an app from google play. Is there a way I can now install that app in a secondary profile without adding google play in that one?

Setting > System > Users > profile you want to install apps in > Install Available Apps

Do this in the owner profile.

Note that the app might require Google Play be in the profile to function.

Some apps require play to download but don't require play services to function. Others require play services to function. Others require play services and play store. Others require that you be logged into a google account. Others require passing the Play Integrity API.
