USB-C disabled after wipe and reboot process?

Hi guys, I have a question and any help is welcome:

If my phone is stolen and it has the USB-C port completely disabled and hypothetically the thief is induced to put the duress PIN, will the phone after the wipe and reboot process start with the USB-C port still disabled?

What is the default state of the USB-C port after any type of wipe data?

When the duress is activated and the OS has reinstalled, it is a factory reset. It will be a fresh install of GrapheneOS and therefore it uses the default GrapheneOS setting (currently Charging-only when locked). Nothing of a previous install like settings can be recovered.

If the device is wiped, it can be used again, without a pin. Of course, user data is gone, and you don't have your device, so it doesn't really matter
