LineageOS SetupWizard

I saw in the Graphene-OS Archive Github repository there was a LineageOS SetupWizard where all the LineageOS specific code was removed so that the app could build on any Android SDK.

Can someone do the same for the latest SetupWizard since it has almost 2 years of extra commits, changes?

All work should go into the new setup wizard.
