Hello everyone,

Since the latest GOS update, I’ve been having an issue with my second eSIM. I can’t make or receive calls, nor send or receive messages with this eSIM. In the SIM settings, it shows as "Emergency calls only."

However, my primary physical SIM card works perfectly fine. I’ve checked the settings, restarted the phone, and tried reactivating the eSIM, but nothing seems to work.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, have you found a solution?

Thanks in advance for your help!

I use two eSims on a P6a with 2025011500 installed.

If I factory reset my phone ( not erasing the eSims) then selecting eSim support, both eSims self populated APN settings are incorrect. Both have to be manually created by me, and the default APN deleted.
The second eSim which is roaming by default, is more problematic, no data or calls until the APN settings are adjusted.
The primary eSim works but no data until the APN settings are adjusted.
You may have already done this, get the APN settings from the carriers website and create an APN with those details,
swap from the default eSim APN and evaluate it.
Dont just check the given APN with the carriers settings, create a new one even if you think you are duplicating the settings, it was not until I created the APN that the eSim worked.

I think there's a problem with the latest GOS update(s). I tested the eSIM on my wife's iPhone and had no problems making or receiving calls, and the same for SMS.
Changing or creating a new APN on GOS doesn't change anything, I'm still on "emergency calls only".

Stewart Which carrier is the eSIM? In particular, is it a Verizon MVNO?

de0u The mobile operator is Free, which is based in France

I have two eSIM and without issue . Mobile operator (SPAIN) Digi.

Stewart I think there's a problem with the latest GOS update(s).

I don't agree, my eSim problem from my previous post was from day one of using an eSim, several months and several releases prior to the latest release. Both my eSims work with 2024011500.

DeletedUser64 It's not GOS's fault but mine, I switched my eSIM to 4G only and when I switched back to 5G (recommended) everything worked again, the problem was solved in 2-3 days anyway.
