Can anyone confirm if Uber app works without google play services? Once installed I get an error "Uber app will not work without Google Play Services". But I can select a taxi by entering pick up and drop off address. Address auto populates. Then it gives options to choose the type of taxi and cost. Not sure what happens after that as I didn't need the ride so didn't order a taxi. If anyone can confirm that would be great!
