Static IP over ethernet via usb-c?

I've yet to switch to GrapheneOS cos my Pixel 7a was an emergency buy for work after my old phone died, but now I have another emergency in needing to set a static IP over ethernet on the Pixel for my work as a network engineer but I've discovered this can't be done on stock.

Would I be able to do this if I switch to GrapheneOS?

No it's not possible on GOS either. In fact you can't change any settings for ethernet afaia.

Can you or somebody with access to the networks DHCP server maybe give you static IP lease?

Most of the networks and devices I need to access don't have dhcp, hence the need for static IP configuration.
