Adjusting animation speed without Developer mode

1x animation speed feels too slow for me, I prefer 0.5x, but for this I have to enable the Developer mode, which is not recommended by GrapheneOS devs. If I set the animation speeds in Dev mode and then disable it, it resets back to 1x.
How do I set the animation speeds so that they save without Dev mode? ADB?

If I can give you an advice, like usual it is not good to mess with developer options or adb commands.

An option to completely turn off animations without Developer Tools is via the Accessibility menu under Color and Motion.
