I wouldn't trust anything that's on telegram which is by no means private nor secure platform. It requires your phone number, has no proper encryption, and runs dishonest smear and lie campaigns against properly private and secure messenger apps. It's also under ongoing media investigation for running its services almost entirely from Russian FSB controlled network. So to sum up, I know nothing about the non-kyc payment service you recommend, but I imagine people's threat models for using such a service are serious enough for not considering anything that works out of a telegram bot.
Aside of that, you are a new user with 4 exactly same messages promoting an unknown service from a shady platform. It looks like plain advertisement in the least or a scam in the worst. Maybe I'm wrong, but people, beware!
