DarkerWolf You can mitigate this by not installing Play Services in a profile where you're not confident about tracking. Play Services is what actually provides the mobile advertising ID (GAID) that apps use to communicate with ad networks. You can (and should) delete the advertising ID in Settings -> Apps -> Sandboxed Google Play -> Google settings -> Ads -> delete advertising ID.
Note that Play Services will automatically assign you a new ID from time to time, so you will need to repeat this process. You should also disable location services system wide and only turn it on when you really need it. Apps that don't have access to your location also can't share that location, so be very careful which apps you grant these permissions (this goes for every permission obviously!).
