When using above watching BBC ipayer there is occasional 10 second delay due to low speed
However the same arrangement hotspots fine.(always forgets password)
My other phone tethers fine using hotspot/USB to the TV via same VPN...
I've turned down video speeds where I can.
Sounds like the prob is in my pixel
Any thoughts?
